Equal Employment Opportunity

The FCC has Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) rules and policies for radio broadcasters. The rules prohibit discrimination in hiring

on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or gender by broadcasters.

The licensee has fewer than 5 full-time employees in its employment unit. Thus, no EEO report is required.
